Surgery

Unfortunately or fortunately, in modern dentistry surgery remains an urgent method of treatment. Indications for the removal of teeth are different: complete destruction of the crown of the tooth, when its complete recovery is impossible, fractures of the teeth, also teeth with considerable mobility are being removed, in some cases, improperly located teeth are removed.

The main emphasis of modern surgical dentistry is not elimination of pathology, for example, the removal of the affected tooth, but the maximum maintenance of healthy tissues and the restoration of lost tissues in full volume. Therefore, even a relatively simple manipulation, a tooth extraction, is carried out in a maximum atraumatic way, using thin and precise tools that allow maintaining bone and soft tissue. It is known that the traumatic removal of the tooth with the destruction of surrounding tissues complicates the processes of rehabilitation, does not allow to achieve the aesthetic result in the future prosthetics, makes the process of future implantation difficult or even impossible.

The pain of surgical operations in the oral cavity has been a myth for a long time. As any interference, even complex and prolonged operations, we carry out under reliable anesthesia and using non-traumatic techniques. Working with magnifying, using special surgical magnifying glasses, allows using microsurgical instruments, thin needles, blades and sutures, which is precisely the key to successful results, minimal trauma and a mild postoperative period.
